Returns Policy

For hygienic purposes, there is strictly no refunds or exchanges permitted on any hijabs, clothing, under caps or accessories for change of mind. 

Please note when VeilCo scarves pack your order, all items are checked for faultiness, whether it be dirt marks, thread pulls or rips/holes. We check before sending out our items.  

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, a refund will be issued upon inspection of the item which must be returned in the original packaging with labels attached.

Any faulty items or exchanges must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. 

Refunds for faulty items will be credited to the card or account that was used to purchase the item.
